Captain’s Controller is designed to work with all the electronics controls on the market today. In addition we have created the "Buddy Shifter" for those vessels that are configured with either Cable Shifting or Hydraulics controls, inexpensive, reliable, light weight “THEREFORE WE PROUDLY SAY CAPTAIN’S CONTROLLER WORK ON ANY VESSEL CONFIGURATION”.
Captain's Controller's waterproof, ergonomically designed transmitter provides secure wireless engine control over your entire vessel.
How the Captain's Controller Works
The Captain's Controller system is made up of three devices, the Transmitter (TX) and the Receiver (RX) module. The system works by generating a digitally coded signal from the hand transmitter in the ISM band (900 MHz). Every Transmitter has a unique electronic customized code to prevent any interference between different units. This RF signal is then picked up by the receiver. It has a very high input sensitivity (-114dbm) to allow it to fully extend the range of use (300 ft plus).
