Shipping & Return Policies

AMES strives to provide our customers with the highest quality marine lighting solutions at competitive prices. 

We are happy to provide FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $150.00 USD. Please select the free shipping option upon checkout, which is available when you have a total of $150.00 or more in your cart. Most orders will ship within 5 business days. However, because of the very custom nature of our products, some orders can require considerably more time to ship. If your order requires more than the usual time to prepare, you will be informed via phone or email.

Note that all orders will ship "signature required".

If your Billing and Shipping addresses are not identical, a photocopy of both sides of the credit card and a photocopy of driver's license (which matches the shipping address) will be required by fax: (631) 470-4582. 

You can shop online with confidence knowing that AMES will always accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date provided that the items are in new and sellable condition and in the original packaging. Note that certain items, eg. unusual combinations of colors/finishes/voltages or other special order items, may be subject to a restocking fee of 15%. Customer must pay for all return or exchange shipping fees.
